HOW IT WORKS

Empowering you in the kitchen with our hands-on, French and Italian culinary series no matter where you are! Over the course of four weeks, you will be expertly guided through essential knife skills and vegetable preparation to progressively more advanced techniques,* including making pasta from scratch! At the end of this course you'll be adept at creating flavorful masterpieces you can recreate in your own home.

*Please note: This is a four-week commitment with each class building upon skills learned in the previous session. Please ensure you can attend all four classes as there are no refunds or make-up classes.

A TASTE OF OUR MAIN COURSES

HANDMADE PASTA WITH CACIO E PEPE

This is a traditional pasta dish of the city of Rome containing grated pecorino romano cheese and black pepper, together with fresh handmade pasta.

You will learn how to roll and make pasta dough from scratch and top it with Cacio E Pepe.

HANDMADE RAVIOLI WITH BOLOGNESE SAUCE

These Italian "dumplings" stuffed with rich ricotta cheese and tossed in satisfying scratch-made bolognese sauce will be sure to lure even the pickiest eater to the table.

You will learn to make ravioli from scratch, shaping and cutting the dough into perfect ravioli squares, then cooking them to perfection. You’ll top them with a classic bolognese sauce.

HERBS DE PROVENCE LAMB CHOPS

This herbed lamb chops recipe is incredibly versatile and works well as either a quick weeknight dinner or an easy dish you can entertain guests with.

For your main, you will learn how to accentuate and intensify the depth of flavor of lamb with Herbs de Provence, a mix of oregano, thyme, rosemary, bay leaf, marjoram, and tarragon.

RUSTIC PROVENÇAL POULET RÔTI

Quick to put together, chic to serve and versatile. A culinary rite of passage, this super simple French roast chicken recipe can easily be the main course for a special Sunday lunch with friends or a Tuesday night meal for the kids.

You will learn to make Poulet rôti, a whole roasted chicken served with potatoes, root vegetables, lemon, herbs and butter.
