Empowering you in the kitchen with our hands-on, French and Italian culinary series. Over the course of four weeks, you will be expertly guided through essential knife skills and vegetable preparation to progressively more advanced techniques* including making pasta from scratch! You will apply these skills through an unforgettable, hands-on approach: a three-course meal including an appetizer, an entree, and a dessert. By the end of these sessions, you'll be adept at creating flavorful masterpieces you can recreate in your own home.

*Please note: This is a four-week commitment with each class building upon skills learned in the previous session. Please ensure you can attend all four classes as there are no refunds or make-up classes.
